Working it at the gym

Here is my summary of exercise for this week. Seems we love our exercise in our twenties get to thirties and things slow up kids, stress and work blah…. no time for the gym. In my forties I was too much a mess to make it to the gym – it took that whole ten years to expand to a fatty (which I might ad I vowed and declared I would never do because both parents were on the large side).

Now in my fifties exercise is very important without it we perish SO GET OUT THERE AND GET IT DONE FELLOW BOOMERS

Tuesday

352 cals at Pump class this morning – still shaking. Smashed it out @Janeeceshouseofpain WHOA😵. Great workout thank you Janeece. Just getting it done for an young fella. Of coarse I had my morning brew before I headed to the gym. Now ready for a big day at work – stay’n motivated.Have a fabulous day everyone cheers Morgs 💪👍😎

Wednesday

New I worked hard today 622 garmins go Morgs go downed morning brew jumped in the car, drove to the gym found a bike and SMASHED IT . Back to Box Fit this afternoon to crush some more cals. Have an awesome day everyone cheers Morgs 😎

470 cals nice one. Thanks Matt for a great session. Box fit tonight burpees man avoided those for years lol crushed them. Have a good night everyone 😁💪

Thursday

Walk around the block in the afternoon 1.6k and burnt 141 garmins

Friday

611 garmins this morning AWESOME Great RPM this morning thank you Linda. Plenty of pink playing out loud, pumped and ready for a big day at work. Have an awesome day everyone cheers Morgs 😎
