Hurt my back

Hurt my back at the gym – lessons that should have been learnt in my younger years – too much weight too early in the year.

I thought I could start with the weights I got to last year – well that didn’t happen. The day before I over did it I was saying to my beautiful wife that I was feeling really good body is slowely getting to the shape I am targeting.

If you are going to the gym and have had a break start slow and build up to it. This week is my second week off the gym and hopefully the last.

I need my exercise – I am going to walk this week see how we go

    This is the third time back after hurting my back – 463 garmins 163 max HR went hard with Ashley this morning – it was tough for some reason. I have to build back into my fitness. Take one step 1% at least toward your goals and aspirations make a difference. 1% today can make a massive difference to your life in five years..
