Back to the Gym

It has been a while since I have been to the gym because I firstly pulled a tendon in my foot so that wiped out 6k Fridays (went to RPM instead) but more recently I blew a knee out at pump. That bought my gym visits to a stop – thankfully to doubling up my intake of our Super Turmeric Blend I am back to it. That’s my story and I am sticking to it.

To go to the gym and do all I do in the mornings I get up at 4.15am – it is worth it – I have to be motivated to build and maintain my health and fitness so I can go windsurfing the rare occasions I get to go these days. It is important that I keep my fitness up just because I am old ish and want to maintain a healthy life – so get motivated and get to the gym or walking or whatever exercise you want but get it done
