This weeks exercise

Hi everyone here we are again a new week – it is like being reborn a fresh page – every day is a fresh page so what does that make a week. Paragraph or Chapter mmm will have to think about that one (will welcome any comments on that one) Pump with Janeece 296 cals burnt must have gone to sleep.  Will beat that next week YEAH! MOTIVATED.

Last week I didn’t make it to the gym on Tuesday so no pump (my fault – I let life get in the way) RPM Wednesday and Friday Mel both times – inner voice, you know the one that is always there in the background, is not happy no excuses for no pump.

Get out there you, and exercise…. feels sooo much better after workout. Make a plan an exercise plan today instead of walking through the arcade I will go around the block – sounds great

    Hang on a minute here it is Friday check this out….771 cals very nice indeed – RPM with Ashley smashed it was seeing stars still in the car after, must have worked hard. Great sesh thanks Ash very motivating man. Have a great day everyone cheers Morgs
