Only 2 days of winter left – today and tomorrow
One of those days – just hard and muscles don’t seem to want to work – I did try a little more weight this morning see how we go and struggled.
Garmin says 329 cals strength training woo hoo nice

One more day of Winter Woo Hoo
RPM today – on the bike thingo’s – I felt like I smashed it out – go hard or go home but Garmin says 484 Cals, max heart rate 154bpm sounds pretty good – feels like I am trying hard but mustn’t be as I was doing over 500 cals there for a while. Maybe getting used to it now a bit (didn’t feel like it when I was seeing stars lol)Just going to have to work harder.
Tomorrow is weigh in day see what happens with that then

Thursday Morning Morgan’s workout
Cross trainer for 10 mins and burnt 100 cals
Rowing machine – 15 mins and smashed out 165 cals
Treadmill for 25 mins and pumbled 337 cals
A grand total of just above 600 cals —NICE
