Whoa box fit, Pump and RPM twice in one week

Whilst most are at home in their comfy warm beds I get out there and make it to the gym to keep these lungs alive and stay fit for my passion Windsurfing.

I was inspired by a 74yo at the Gym the other week and he said sneak another session in so I did, this week the Box Fit Class

Here is a summary of this week’s gym activity – Check it out

Tuesday

Smashed out somewhere near 700 reps at Pump class burnt 388 Garmin cals (superglue and baking powder for my Garmin – THANKS Tim) Garmin back in action. Nice session thanks Lore Ley aka lolly. Have a nice day everyone ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Wednesday

Garmin is back – 554cals in 45 minsย @RPMย with Mel was a tough one. Man that was really tough nearly broke me, but made it in the end.ย  The session seemed longer than normal. Great session thanks Mel have a fantastic day everyone Morgs ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Wednesday evening

Hit Box Fit last night with Ben and burnt 462 garmins not bad. The important thing is made it and it was a great session thanks Matt. I have to say if it wasn’t for my Turmeric super blend, I would not be able to get this stuff done. But surviving this morning quite well. RPM with Ashley tomoz. Have a great day everyone Morgs๐Ÿ˜Ž

Friday

RPM with Ashley- what a great motivator thanks for an awesome session – I THOUGHT BOX FIT finished me…NOO that sesh this morning has done it. A massive 676cals absolutely smashed. Who else got to the gym this morning. Just gett’n fit. Have a fantastic day everyone cheers Morgs ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ’ช
