This week at the gym

Tuesday start off at Pump with Charise

Pump class is really good because it works every part of your body in an intensive training hour – the tracks seem to change every six weeks or so and the trainer mixes it up as well. Which makes it interesting.  I upped the weights a bit and man it got a bit tough – I was shaking all over and stopped twice for about 10 seconds but made it to the end.  Get out there and find your local gym – see who does a pump type class and hook up and get amongst it. Be like me at the start with Grandma next to me with twice the weights, crikey some of those grannies can pump some iron, as long as you are doing something it is good.  Find that reason to go – is it because you like to look hot…ish for the opposite sex, want to last longer in bed (fitness wise), , Doc says you have knackered lungs (yeah they said that – but I am not ready to roll over just yet :-)), sport – maybe you need to take up a sport (I did windsurfing) and it motivates me to keep going to the gym for fitness.

I would like to loose weight but as long as I am maintaining or increasing my fitness level to last longer on the water and other places lol I am happy to keep the gym thing going.  Its not just about weight loss.

Have to go to work

    Well who knows what happened to yesterday’s post – its not here
    I am having soooo much trouble with computers at the moment it is driving me nuts.

    Yesterday I did a great RPM session with Mel which I wrote a blog post about for you but it is nowhere to be found. Did spend most of the day sorting computers out 🙁

    Last night went to a great talk by Ben Severne who makes windsurfing stuff – lucky enough to catch in at our local windsurfing shop – very inspirational and motivational…..
    Went a bit late last night so, no gym this morning

    Tomorrow is 6k friday are you ready for it
