Here we are in October and I am 99.8 Kg I am looking at 90 as a target
On the weekend I managed to get out to my sport (windsurfing) and man realized how unfit I am for the sport – whilst I did do ok for endurance my forearms are canning……
Anyone know good exercise for forearms?
Garmin had me burning 803 cals although it stopped going for some reason at 51 mins when I was out for 2 hours
That is a good start to the week – today is rest day and tomorrow Pump Class

Smashed out 666 cals and felt every one of those calories
Made it 98% through – had to stop a couple for a 2 sec break
After feeling so unfit on Sunday in the water it I really have to up my game

YEAH! seeing stars and huffing and puffing like crazy – must have been a good session
WHOA! Garmin says 977 cals must have been good as I have said before Mel is a great motivator

Thursday Weigh in day
WHAT!!! 100.8kgs – Have been having a wine every night have to drop that – no wine during the week
Today
– Cross trainer for 20 mins burnt 341 cals thanks garmin
– Rowing machine for 20 mins burnt 187 cals
– Treadmill for 20 mins burnt 324 cals
That’s 800 cals for the morning’s workout….. Nice
Struggling with breathing a bit at the moment – maybe change of weather (hopefully)

6k Friday it nearly wasn’t
Decided last night to shut it down – got a bit of a night tonight so had decided to sleep in — but woke up anyway so off I went.
I have put on a kilogram since last week so yeah better to go —– Garmin says I burnt 748 cals YES!!
My asthma is playing up something chronic at the moment which makes running hard – I am really hoping it is just change of season
Anyway have to keep on it – otherwise women wont find me sexy anymore lol. My beautiful wife that is………:-)
