Sunday out on the water windsurfing for an hour and burnt a nice 790 cals Woo hoo
This morning at the gym for Pump Session – I upped the weights a touch and oooooooh that hurt.
Burned a nice 446 cals according to Garmin – I like pump class cause I can be lazy and not have to think about what I am going to do at the gym. PLUS, BONUS works every muscle group in your body – now that is cool
Tomorrow – will be RPM – probably last gym trip today

Whoa….. smashed it today Garmin says 833 Cals burnt that is a hoot. Today was all about posture and technique and how important it is to get it right.
