Good Idea walk to the Gym

Let us start 2019 with a bang – last year at the end I was going to the Gym for 4 sessions Tues, Wed and Fri.

Tuesday was Pump with is lifting weights and quite a few hundred reps in an hour – it is great because it works all my muscle groups in one short session.

Wednesday RPM on the bike thingy a 45min high cardio low impact session of which I was mostly over 600 cals burnt (yeah!), Wednesday PM on the way home from work to Box Fit class a 45min hi intensity workout with gloves and pads with my Older son Ben, great workout.

Friday RPM again on the bike thingo – finished the year heading for 700 garmins (cals) with I think from memory 690ish being the max i had achieved, WOW good stuff.

The plan is to continue doing the same thing but throw walking to the gym in the morning into the fray, to boost the cals per session.

After all it is only 1.3 kilometers – GOOD IDEA

I have started the year at 100.7  Kilos which I am really happy.

The plan is to continue my exercise journey – I must admit I have been neglective to my brokeassbabyboomer friends and have been uploading videos to facebook page @bbbhealthychoices
