Smashed it out and ended up seeing stars – that’s good yeah?

I must say after sleeping in til 6.30 – 7 am on hols it was tough getting up at 4.30am to get organised for the gym but made it

Tomorrow is a my work out day and weigh in – not so good I think

After a week of no wind – usually when I go on hols I loose weight because windsurfing but there was very little wind last week

    X Trainer – 5 min warm up
    Bosa Ball – Squats 3 sets of 15
    Bosa Ball – Push ups 3 sets of 12
    Sit ups with 8kg medicine ball – 3 sets of 15
    TRX – Pull ups 3 sets of 12 ….ohhh just made it here
    Plank – 3 by 1 minute
    Rowing machine – for 10 mins – 2 klms
    Treadmill – 20 mins warm down
    With a stretch after

    Great work out – happy with that

    6K Friday is back

    Whoa…..! Jumped on the Treadmill and slogged out 6.4k it did seem at one stage as though I may not make it, but pushed through it and bingo 6.4k

    That’s a massive 789 cals according to Garmin – Nice
