Day off today – Labour day holiday – unfortunately no wind so it is off to the gym
1 – Cross trainer – warm up
3 super sets
- Speed ball
- Plank
- Sit ups with 10k ball
2nd
- TRX – Push ups
- TRX Pull ups
- Squats
3rd
- Back of quad, sit on machine
- Biceps curl machine thingy
- Push down sit on machine for triceps doodadd
Cool down was
- 10mins on the Bike thing
- 20mins on the Treadmill
I was at the gym for around 1.5 hours and felt really good afterward so must be ok work out.

Gym yesterday and again today – have to start losing weight again. Both sessions were predominately cardio.
