NO wind so off to the gym

Day off today – Labour day holiday – unfortunately no wind so it is off to the gym

1 – Cross trainer – warm up

3 super sets

  • Speed ball
  • Plank
  • Sit ups with 10k ball

2nd

  • TRX – Push ups
  • TRX Pull ups
  • Squats

3rd

  • Back of quad, sit on machine
  • Biceps curl machine thingy
  • Push down sit on machine for triceps doodadd

Cool down was

  • 10mins on the Bike thing
  • 20mins on the Treadmill

I was at the gym for around 1.5 hours and felt really good afterward so must be ok work out.

    Gym yesterday and again today – have to start losing weight again. Both sessions were predominately cardio.
