Tuesday 6 March 2018how quick has this year gone March already.
Smashed out nearly 500 cals this morning and was and still am shaking lol We did somewhere around 900reps
Pump is a great class where you can work every muscle group in your body in 45mins – beauty

Tomorrow is RPM with Mel

Wednesday 7th March – Had a great session with Mel the Motivator smashed out 45 mins on the bike thingo and burnt a massive 636 cals. Everyone should go to a one of Mel’s RPM session.

Thursday 8 march – ten mins on the bike thing and 15mins on treadmill just a quickie but still effective burnt 300+ cals Woo Hoo that is what we are talking about. Specialist appointment this morning having a little look at Lungs see what is happening with them and all seems to be ok. This gym thing is working a treat, I hate to think what would happen if I stopped going to the gym

Friday 9 March – RPM with Matt 592 cals gone yeah! Struggled a bit this morning to get to the end of each track but made it in the end

Started each day with my turmeric super blend, apple cider vinerar and raw honey direct from the hives. We are at Powerhouse tomorrow and Cleveland Markets on Sunday might see you there
