Start the week – PUMP 💪💪 WITH Janeece WHOA!!

402 GARMINS lets get fit – smashed it I think still shaking – great workout thank you Janeece. We did a full work out of the entire body with around 700 reps with the les mills thingo.  I like pump because it does exactly that it does workout every muscle in the body in just 45 mins. That is what I call the busy persons full workout.

Anzac day tomoz so probs no workout except thinking of getting the barby out and and cooking up a one of our delicious gourmet spice blends. Breakfast on the bbq can’t beat it. I will put a photo up for you – that is if it turns out ok

Man reading a great book at the moment Self Made in America by John McCormack – read it when I was younger in my 30’s good to read again very motivational for life.

I feel fantastic these days – what about you

Exercise Update

Friday 27th made it to pump where I smashed out 625 Garmins with Linda what a beauty – got out there and went to the gym not a lot of fun but I must admit feel soooooo much better after and that is what it is all about.

You know not that long ago I couldn’t even run at 8 on the treadmill for 20 seconds let alone get on a bike thingo. Now I can smash out 45mins of Hi intensity peddling on the bike thingo.

It is Monday and no gym today after the markets on the weekend I need a sleep in (6am) before my biggest day at work today I will work til 7.30 be home by 8.30 mondays are a monster.

Tomoz will be at Pump 5.30 for a 5.45 am start

Time to get ready and go to work
