Monday did something to my hip – yep it was my birthday 60 years man that is sooooo hard to say but the truth
How is this for a birthday – work til 7.30 pm and broke down on the way home and had to get a tow
Tuesday morning
no Gym thought probs shouldn’t go to Pump – hip still very sore. Seemed I did something to it on Monday at work – the only thing I remember is catching my foot on a sticky floor mid stride. Go figure
Wednesday morning
at RPM yep – nope not going, thought better of it and was ok
Wednesday evening
Box Fit Class – yep went with Ben my older son and smashed out a 615 garmins nice
Hip
Thursday
Thursday morning and doesn’t seem to be any worse but is still sore
Friday
RPM normally on Friday – even though my hip still feeling sore I set the alarm but at 2am decided that not going to risk it and turned alarm off
