Gym today Thursday 6/08/2015

Man it was cold this morning 7 degrees too cold to go to the gym but I made it.  In fact it is the best way to warm up on these cold days Brrrrr……

I was felt a bit lazy at the gym this morning and decided to just go on the bike thing for 20min instead of x trainer and bike thing for 20mins.

How did that go for you then?  Well let me just say whoa it was a good work out nearly 12ks on the treadly and over 200 cals burned Woo Hoo — that is what we are talking about.  Then I got on the treadmill for 20 mins and smashed out another 300+ cals.  I can feel myself getting sexier oh skinnyer ever burnt calorie.

Anyway always feels good after the gym
