Gym Gym and More Gym with Morga

Gym Time again – Damn have put on a couple of Kilos…… BLAH!!!  Must have been those nice chocy biscuits on the week end.

Have been good this week Tuesday, Wednesday and Today Brrr it was freezing this morning must have been 10 Degrees Celcius.  This is my work out for today

  • Started out on the x Trainer for a 5 min warm up
  • Straight into Seated Row 30kgs 3 sets
  • Wide Grip Lat pull down 40kgs 3 sets
  • Lying leg curl 30kgs
  • Squats – just plain old squats
  • TRX – Push ups 3 x 15 reps
  • TRX – Pull ups 3 x 12 reps
  • Sit ups with 10 kilo Medicine ball over the head and between the toes

20 minute cool down and cardio on the the bike thingo

Not cold anymore – that is one thing about going to the gym it warms you up even if it is cold outside (I hate the cold)
