Got to the Gym again woo hoo

Look out old dude at the gym working hard to stay alive.  Not to mention fit up for windsurfing this coming season.

This morning I managed to get on the Cross Trainer for 10mins smashed out 90 Cals – The bike thing and smashed out 100 cals followed by 25 quality minutes on the Treadmill pushed out 320cals there Nice!!!

Anyone else getting to the gym and what are you doing?
