Friday 6k Treadmill work out at the Gym

Well this seems to becoming a bit of a habit 6k run walk on the treadmill at the gym Fridays – how good is that.  I start out the same every Friday not feeling like doing anything but once at the gym I slowly build up to it.  With a little 2 minute run at 2 minutes at 9 klms and another on at 6 minutes some intervals of 1 minute at 15 incline and by 20 mins ready for a ten minute marathon.  Five minutes break at 6klms then another 10 at 9 Woo Hoo.

I still can’t believe it that I can do this and stoked that I can – if I can do it so can you
