What a way to start the week crikey – tough call today
An old track but a goodie and the shoulder section gives us a canning.
Burnt around 660 cals a great session it was
Wednesday at RPM
I think it is getting a bit better – I made it to the very end with participating in all tracks fully – not bad for a bloke who only has around 70% lung capacity – BRING IT ON
Today Garmin says I smashed out 860 cals – I am liking that – hard work but works for me
Who else makes it to the gym.
I go to the gym to stay fit for my sport of Windsurfing and to keep my lungs as strong as I can – seems to be working, this morning was slightly easier.
Thursday – no gym
Day of rest – works for me slept in til 5.30 am awesome I have a big day on my feet today should burn lots of cals
Tomorrow is supposed to be 6k Friday but hurt my foot somehow last Friday so will head to RpM with Matt see what happens

Garmin says I smashed out 900 + calories – Max Heart rate of 150 bpm – does that mean I worked hard – must do
Definitely feeling like I am improving again – get a smiley face for that 🙂
Crowded on Friday’s must be guilty day or something just before a naughty week end of indulgence
Start the day with a teaspoon of Turmeric Blend and away you go
