Tuesday start of gym week

Gym week starts on Tuesday for me nice.

New house so had to find my way to gym – still old gym for the moment. til the month is up that they made me pay for…..98.6 kilos still

OHHHH no :-0 forgot to have a puff – interesting – made it.

Morgan’s workout today

  • X trainer 90 cals 10 minutes
  • Rowing Machine 160 cals, 3k 15 mins
  • Boxing Ball thing elastic to ceiling and floor
  • Bike thing 200 cals – 12k

    Bike thingo today for 45 mins clocked over 400 cals and 23ks – Happy with that

    And dang forgot to have a puff again – but made it through though and out the other end.

    A good workout the bike thingo – kind of a bit boring but a good workout

    Friday Friday Friday woo hoo weekend starts tonight – got to be happy with that.

    Gym – Started on the XTrainer for 10 mins 90 cals
    – diagonal sit ups 3 sets of 30 that is 15 each side back of right hand touches the outside of left knee and visa versa
    -3 lots of 1 minute planks
    – Stepper thing – it is like rotating steps – nasty machine and man hard work so must be good 12 mins 150 Cals
    – Then the sit up bike thingo with the back rest for 12 mins 100 cals

    Not a bad work out and as usual had a good stretch after – they say this is very important
