Woo Hoo Cracked the 100 Kgs

I have been going to the gym 4 days a week and windsurfing one day on the weekends.  Doing that I have lost weight and cracked the 100kgs which I have been over for many years and it didn’t seem to matter what I did I couldn’t get past it and finally I have discovered my loose weight mojo.

I am also really motivated to loose more in fact I am going to head for 90kgs – last year before Christmas vacation I was loosing 1 kg a week consistently following my plan,  So I plan to get right back into it and continue on my path.

Before I went on holidays I weighed in at 100.6 kgs After 2 weeks drinking and eating through Christmas and New Year – no gym but windsurfed most days.  99.7kgs and counting.

Part of the motivation is with the sport comes goals and my goals are to get on smaller equipment and get on the plane earlier. Have to loose weight for this to happen
