Whoa…. Gym stuff is dangerous

There you go – better not go to the gym and why would I say that, because last week I blew my knee out at Pump Class and intelligently went to RPM on Wednesday which completely destroyed my knee – could hardly walk on it all week. Man this is going to take months to get better and I already had a sore foot because it would seem as though I have pulled some tendon in my right foot last time I doing 6k Friday about a month ago – this gym stuff is dangerous. So I am in a good state last week.

So here I am hobbling around – so what to do – get stuck into my turmeric, up it to twice a day and see what happens – BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BOTTLER Worked a treat my knee I recon I could have gone to pump and to RPM tomoz but not going to – just to be sure. My knee a week later not sore at all – just a very mild twinge occasionally when I twist it a bit, and that is it. How cool is that

I must admit that I should have gone and worked the top half of my body in the gym part – but went for the, sleep in, option.

Well I was a believer in taking turmeric before – now I am absolutely convinced that it works for me as an anti-inflammatory Check it out Turmeric Here

Tomorrow I will be heading to the gym and working the top half – it does need a work out.

Wednesday didn’t get to the gym

Very naughty I am – but slept in til 5.30 nice, nice, nice

Thursday – was going to go 

But woke up with a sore neck, as you do – man at the moment it one thing after another – I guess it is called getting old – not so old.

Windsurfing holiday coming up in a couple of weeks a week away at the Lake – will need to build some fitness. The only way this is going to happen is going to the gym and getting it done.
