Hi Morgs here – on the week end I made it out on the water a warm winters day and did some windsurfing – I spent 1.5 hours on the water and burnt 787 Cals Awesome! And it was fun might put a little video up gopro. Good Calorie burn, good cardio, great strength workout and exhilarating. You can’t do much better than that 🙂
Well starting the week at 98.7 kilos tomorrow is Pump class – a high intensity strength work out
Have a nice day
Cheers

Tuesday Morning 5.30 am at the gym ready for Pump class.
I am shaking at the moment – put in 100% effort – not much point in any less, I don’t go to the gym to be social, go there to tone up, get fit and build strength.
According to Garmin Vivoactive HR – I set it to ‘Strength’ burnt 312 Cals in 56 mins with 47 mins of intensity that would be about right
Work time – Have a great day
Cheers

Friday Morning RPM class with Matt
Great session phew was seeing stars when I got home – that is a good thing,,,, yeah?
Garmin says 472 Cals – not bad. Was a fairly big session with a few hill climbs but mostly sprints.
Big day at work leading into the week end – no wind so it will be walking maybe at Kangaroo Point might do the stairs and see how the Garmin goes – it doesn’t seem to be very accurate when it comes to stairs.
Have a great day
