Here we go day one of the week’s workouts at the gym. Got out on the water with my sport on Saturday broke some stuff and had an ok day – was good to be on the water.
Weighed in at 98.6 kgs – That SUX!! Seem to have plateaued
Cardio Tuesday get warmed up for the week
Morgan’s work out for today Wednesday 25.05.16 was
X trainer for 5 min warm up and burn 50 cal
Rowing machine 12 mins 150 cals
Super set
- Situps with medicine ball 10 kg 3 sets of 12
- plank 3 x 1 min
- Bosa ball squats 3 x 15 reps
Warm down on the bike thing 20 mins burnt 180 cals
Phew good as gold

Friday Morning effort
Thursday 26th
It is sooooo cold atm here about 8 degrees celcius BRRRR THAT SUX – can’t wait to get to the gym which is climate controlled to 22 degrees and after a short time working out I am warm and stay warm for some time – definitely worth going to the gym for more reasons than one…..:-)
Started out on the Bike thingo for 12 mins clocked 90Cals
Stair thingo for 10 mins clocked 120 cals YEAH!!! THAT HURTS and was hard work – mmm will do more of that one
Rowing machine and 15 mins clocked 150cals
Then I decided to try the sitting with backrest bike thingo man that hurt might have to ad this to the repertoire
not a bad work out

Friday Morning at the Gym
Simple this morning decided to do some endurance stuff and just burn Calories whilst working on my staying power.
45 minutes on the Bike thingo I must say is not very exciting but a good result at the end – see photo in main body of thread.
Peddled more than 20 kilometres and smashed out 400+ calories
Home for a protein shake thing and off to work – man work gets in the way.
