Yesterday smashed it out at Pump class with Charise – pretty happy with that session all up
Burnt over 450 calories – so have to be happy with that and pushed a touch more weight here and there – moving forward, moving forward.
Today – RPM with the famous Mel – fantastic – for some reason I am able to go harder and last longer (at the gym – keep it clean) on the bike. I have this idea it is the Turmeric blend I am consuming. I am selling it as well – if you would like some send me a message. Everything I read about it – indicates it is really good for you and may help with inflamation. Get on the web and have a look. It is the only thing I am doing different – how good is that and I am feeling really good these days – this could be the start of something big. Mel pushed us a bit harder today – in her motivatingly way. I was surprised what I achieved. I did around 20ks on the bike thing and burnt 670 cals. Lot of hills and racing speeds.
But still need to get on the water more often – work is definitely getting in the way of my sports

Morgan Thursday workout – stone the flam’n crows
Clocked over 100 kilos THAT SUX BIG TIME
Today I smashed out
– Treadmill 5 min warm up
– TRX Pull ups 3 x 12
– Cross over sit ups (back of right hand to outside left knee and visa versa) 3 x 30 15 each knee
– Lat pull down 3 x 12
– Triceps pull down rope 3 x 12
– Row 3 x 12 with weight
– Rowing machine 5 x 200m sprints with 12 pushes by 3 in amongst it

Made it to 6k Friday
4 days at the gym this week first time in a while that I have made the full 4 days
Way to go – smashed out a nice 609 calories according to mr garmin. Even made a couple of sprints at 12 kph – not much but a start at 3 by 15 seconds.
Not a bad week if I say so myself – Pump class on Tuesday, RPM Wednesday, Thursday Morgan’s workout and 6k Friday – Saturday should be an hour or so windsurfing
