No Gym Tuesday FAIL….

Went out on Sunday to Golden Beach for a windsurf, spent 2 hours on the water and burnt 1381 Cals

Tuesday Gym time but not to happen – I am still trashed from Sunday

Today was supposed to be Pump – build up those muscles.

I must admit doing my sport and going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and smashing my body and putting on weight really looses the wind from the sails.  I remember last year around the same time I was loosing around 1kg a week.  So what is different I am eating the same doing more exercise………………………..go figure

Tomorrow is RPM – will make it to that

    Another awesome workout at RPM with Mel – as I have said before what a great motivator – work harder she says and work harder I did, Crikey!…..does it count if you are seeing stars 🙂

    Garmin says 790 cals and that’s pretty good – I think

    Mel takes the Wednesday Morning RPM Class at my local gym -runs a great class says the right things at the right time to get you motivated to work hard. To remind us why we are going to the gym at some ungodly hour in the morning.

    The purpose for going to the gym is loosing weight – build up my lungs (allegedly have emphysema according to GP – so lungs need work) and to get fit for my sport, Windsurfing.

    I feels good once you have been and had a good workout – that’s for sure

    Thursday Morgan’s workout…:-)

    Weigh in Today – 100.10Kgs down

    That voice in my head was trying to talk me out of it ———- But I resisted and went to the gym
    – Warmed up on the treadmill for 10 mins
    – TRX push ups 3 sets of 12
    – TRX pull ups 3 sets of 12
    – TRX Squats 3 sets of 15 – this is the one I have been looking for, for forearms man it worked them really welll
    – Row – 3 x 12 with not sure what the weight measurement was but it was as much as I could handle
    – Leg press thingo – 3 sets of 120kgs
    – Tricep pull down 3 x 13 same same as much weight as I could
    – Cross over sit ups (back of right hand touching outside of left knee and visa versa) 3 sets of 30 (15 each side)

    Then a 15 minute warm down on the Treadmill
    Nice workout today – so glad I went feel fantastic now

    How good is that!! 🙂 Happy days

    There was a point not that long ago that I couldn’t make it to 3k in that time and that was with a whole heap of struggle. I am happy about that – let alone a few years ago I wouldn’t have made 45mins. If I can do it so can you – get out there and get started one step at a time.

    I just got to work out how to play windsurfing videos whilst I am on the Treadmill – does get a little tedious at times…….But worth it 🙂 But one thing is for sure you feel sooooo much better after that is for sure.
