Day 1 and Kombucha set up with 50% green tea and 50% black tea and culture.
Day 3 and looks like some sediment settling on the bottom
Day 5 – looking a bit murky – has a slight crust on top, scoby has grown in size with some sediment that has settled on the bottom
Day 12 – tried it for the first time and it tasted like sweet apple juice, mmm interesting – still a bit sweet so leaving it another couple of days. I will get a video and put it up so you can have a look
