Started my workout week with Pump

Pump with someone new – a new lady – that was different for sure

Garmin says 433 cals and Max heart rate of 131 bpm – obviously didn’t work as hard as I thought but got lower with more weights in the squats section.

RPM With Mel Wednesday morning

Mel is such a great motivator – I really enjoy her classes I say build it and it will come AND YEAH!!!! a bit of fitness is returning to this body – I believe I did really well this morning, had a cracker of a sesh – kept up with the pace 95% of the time.

My knee was a bit sore from pump on Tuesday – didn’t take a lot of notice

Garmin says 825 cals and max heart rate of 151 bpm

Thursday – was going to go to the gym this morning 

But my knee is blown out badly – Ahhh! annoying

Tuesday at Pump I went down lower than I should have – I felt it at the time but nothing too much at that time – but fixed it on Rpm now it is really bad can hardly walk on my left leg – great I was going windsurfing on Saturday after markets – Plenty of Turmeric then and hopefully – problem is I am on my feet a lot over the next few days. See how we go

6K Friday it is no more

For a while anyway – the other week I pulled a tendon in my foot whilst running at around 4 k (not running all the way, walk and run) that was my right foot. Still very sore 3 weeks in – now left knee is still extremely sore (this gym stuff can be dangerous) if you don’t do it to your level.  With the foot I just don’t really know what happened and why, but the knee thing was my fault completely I had the most weight on for squats and simply went down too far – I felt it pop.  It have done it before with Ashley years ago but thought I was right to go a bit further (note to self; squat so LOW).

Friday’s workout is fingers on the keyboard ohhhh look at me go – Garmin says 10 cals

Heading to the Powerhouse Markets at New Farm tomorrow (Saturday) and Cleveland on Sunday

Been busily getting into my Turmeric blend twice a day and seems to be working – knee is slightly better this morning woohoo.

Sore knee or not am hoping to get out on the water tomorrow after the markets and have a windsurf – will have to see how my knee is after today on my feet most of the day and tomoz also at Market all morning.
