Tuesday – the start of my gym week
Pump Class this morning Phew — added some more weight took it to 20 kgs for back and legs struggled but got there in the end.
Got to be in it to win it they say – Garmin says 489Cals burnt – Happy days

Show holiday today/Wednesday woo hoo
RPM = 509 Cals burnt – happy with that – Ashley ran another great session today – it was hard and I stuggled big time. I guess it wasn’t the day try without one of my puffers, still held my own though.
From there I decided to get on the rowing machine to see what Garmen says about that-> looks like 235 Calories YEAH
Then I cooled down with a easy walk on the treadmill and smashed out another 105 calories
So that looks like a good day for exercise
Tomorrow is Morgan’s work out time

Thursday weigh in day and Morgan’s workout
Today started on the x Trainer for 5 mins a good warm up
Sit down row machine 3 sets of 15
Sit down Lat Pulldown 3 sets of 15
Plank 3 sets of 1 min
Over head to toe sit ups 3 sets of 15 with 10 kilo medicine ball
Warm down on the Treadmill for 25mins burnt 306 cals woo hoo
Nice easy workout for today – Nice…..

Saturday – Jet Ski action for exercise this morning
Spent 3 hours out and about on the Jet Ski – Garmin says I burnt 660 cals and had some fun to boot.
We just went for a cruise not into crazy Jet Ski stuff just like a motor bike ride through the channels and Islands – good for the mind, body and soul a good dose of vitamin Sea…..
