Wow – smashed it Saturday with my sport windsurfing. I spent nearly 3 hours on the water and crushed over 1300 calories – now that’s the way I like yeah.
Tuesday 13/09/2016 today and pump class day – increased my weights a bit today and feeling it now but only 329 cals burnt

Tuesday RPM day with Mel
Went hard today – when Mel said ad a gear I did and ended up smashing out 739 cals according to Garmin.
That is what it is all about – the reason why I go to the gym is to get fitter, healthier and stronger. That is not going to happen if I don’t put the effort in and push my limits everytime I attend the gym.

Thursday – Morgan’s workout
Was hard to get up boss came to bed late and woke me up being loud in the shower. Oh well……
– Cross Trainer —– 5 min warm up
– Bosa Ball with 5 kg medicine ball squats 3 sets of 15
– Basa Ball push ups super set with squats 3 sets of 12
– TRX pull ups —— 3 sets of 15 just
– Plank paired with TRX – 3 by 1 minute
– Rowing Machince – 2 klms took 10 mins 131 calories according to Garmin
– Treadmill warm down for 20 mins Garmin sayes 389 cals
A great work out struggled a bit this morning – had to force myself to work

Friday – supposed to be 5k Fridays
But hurt my slowly repairing ankle on Saturday out in the water stepped onto a rock getting off the board. Thought I would give it a rest today.
Plus felt like I needed more sleep – tough isn’t it
Will be getting out on the water again on Sunday
