Man sometimes I find it really hard to get up at 4.30am to get to the gym. That Sux and wont get rid of excess fat will it!!!!!
So what do we do when motivation is lost…. The only time I seem to be able to get to the gym is early morning – so when I stay in bed (I did wake up in time) no gym time.
Now I am feeling guilty – that is a good thing
Look in the photo no one there – there is always tomorrow
