What is this week at the Gym going to bring

Pump 100 with Charise

Crikey – I asked Charise how many reps we would do in today’s pump class and her reply was 200 more than normal – ok so how many is normal – around 900 reps so means somewhere around 1100 reps in

Not bad made it – right to the end – a bit of coughing and spluttering but made it to the end. Although I had my moments where I just wanted to stop.  That is one thing about a 45 minute workout it isn’t very long to start with so easy enough to stick with it to the very end.

The last set is abs – and most people have left by now – amazing more than half leave when we hit Shoulders GO FIGURE………….

I upped my weights a bit too and according to Garmin I burnt a cool 658 calories, Nice very happy with that.  Took my new shoes for first workout and they survived well positives all round.

How did you go get in any exercise today?

Started the day with a tea spoon of Turmeric blend with a dash of honey this morning

    RPM with Mel the Motivator

    Take my dodgy lungs for a spin on the bike thingoes – that is what it feels like – the body is fine with it. Free Style today with Mel – means less breaks and more intensity. Crikey I can tell ya lungs need to catch up. Had all my puffs before going to the gym so, behaving myself again. Struggled big time but did make it through to the other side probs did around 95% intensity a couple of sets I was a bit slow to get going.

    Garmin says 775 cals and max heart rate of 157 well that is what we are talking about – that is why I go burn Calories and work those lungs.

    Weigh in day tomorrow – not sure if going to the gym as have to start a bit early – see what happens in the morning – I reckon I am putting on weight not going windsurfing on the week ends. Will have to try and get out on Saturday afternoons after the markets – tough call after getting up at 3am though.

    Started the day again with a spoon full of turmeric mixed in water and a touch of honey and a magnesium tabled just for the cramps – keeps me going.

    No gym today – needed a sleep in – did that 5.45 up nice……………:-)

    Well I do have to go to work early today – I know excuses excuses – should have just gone to the gym early. After all usually when I get to the gym at 5.30am there are people leaving after a session. That is keen

    I haven’t been for a windsurf for 3 weeks now and must admit suffering a few withdrawals – and no wind on Saturday after the markets.

    Tomorrow will be 6k Friday as normal – have struggled the last time to get it under 45mins – see how I go

    Yep it was made it – before Christmas I was able to smash it out in under 45mins but since then I am over 45 mins this morning it was 49 minutes and that was pushing – I seem to have maybe a bit of a chest thing everyone seems to have – still made the 6k though – you go me………………:-) Just have to work harder to get there again.

    The important part is I got to the gym. That is 3 times this week, not so shabby – I would like 4 times will have to work up to that because I have to keep my fitness for windsurfing – when I get out on the water which I love to do – scooting across the top of the water with only a board and wind power is the best feeling ever, and very good for you. Great core work out not to mention cardio

    Time is up – will be at Carseldine Markets Saturday – maybe out for a sail in the afternoon and Cleveland on Sunday see you there
