Phew back to the gym

First time back for a couple of weeks – I have just gone through a really slack attack – even the same with my windsurfing, headed out on the weekend but didn’t put a board in the water – not good.  That needs to change

Today I made it onto the

  • xTrainer for 10 mins – 85cals burnt
  • Bike thing for 10 mins – 100 cals burnt
  • Tready for 20 mins – 315 cals burnt

WOO HOO 500 CALS SMASHED  I reached my target

Man even my wife Anita made it to the gym this morning – that is unheard of – fantastic effort
