No Gym Monday – this week at the gym

As with most weeks not going to the gym Monday – Did get out on the water for a bit on Saturday burnt some cals

Moving to a new area this week – so am going to have to find a gym – it will be my last week at my old gym.  Change is as good as a holiday they say….

I am going to cancel my membership this morning – will have to see what happens, usually they try to rip you off another month’s payment, will see what these guys are like.

Update – Sux the way they fleece you of another month’s fees….. Membership cancelled!!!  You will have to pay another two fortnightly payments mate said….

I can’t say I am too happy really – they say that when you start you get a free program and workout – didn’t happen.  Then a session every 6 months (I have been going there for over 18 months and still waiting for the first one) and supposedly it is ok for them to not do what they say and still demand you pay the extra month.  Meaning I will be paying for a month of not going…..Nice

    Man it was cold this morning – must have been 3 degrees – looked forward to getting warm at the gym

    Today’s workout
    – XTrainer for 10 mins, 90 cals
    – Rowing Machine 12 mins and 150 cals burnt woo hoo
    – Bike thingo for 23 mins 230 cals down

    Warm now – another good work out for an old fella

    Wednesday – Hump day – the middle of the week – the week is half full already and there you go another great sesh at the gym
    What did we do today

    – Xtrainer warm up 5mins
    – Seated Row narrow grip 3 x 29kgs
    – Lateral pull down wide grip 3 x 29 kgs
    – sit down quad machine 30 something kilos x 3
    – face down leg curl machine 30 something kilos x 3
    – Bosa ball squats with 10kilo weight x 3
    – plank 3 x 1 min
    – Diagonal sit ups 3 x 30 makes for 15 each side
    Warm down on the bike thingo for 15mins

    Home for a smoothy and get ready for the days work

    Happy Thursday Everyone

    Well Gym finished for another day all Cardio today

    – XTrainer for 10 mins 90cals
    – Rower for 12 mins 150 cals and 2.2k
    – Stepper thingy 10 min, 110 cals- how cruel is this beast
    – Recliner bike thingy, 12 mins, 100 cals – yep this one works different muscles and was tough work – that means it must be doing me good – Right!! 🙂

    My Gym work out for today

    Moving house – I am going to be going up and down stairs all day carrying weights — mmm does that count.

    Should do and will burn plenty of calories. OOps had to turn the fridge off last night so IceCream had to go mmm yum – I was very naughty, so maximum effort today.
