I upped my weights a bit today at pump class with Charise which meant more pain – pain is good they say ‘feel the burn, love the burn’ they say ……………………………..yeah right
Tough gig this morning – but good now it is over – soo glad I put the effort in
The class was a bit crowded which was good to see – credit and kudos to them all for getting to the gym at half past stupid hour in the morning.
This morning’s Garmin check in is 510cals turned device off in the car just as I was leaving the gym

Every week is a new beginning – made it to RPM with Mel (the motivator) this morning – how good is that.
Garmin says I smashed out 800 cals – that is what we are talking about.
The main thing to remember when you are feeling smashed and there is still 3 more sets to go – is why you are are there – what is it I want to achieve – where do I want to end up.
This is what you need to ask yourself during a good workout.

Yep made it to 6K friday and made my 6k in just under 45mins – 44.5 to be exact

Garmin report for today – 800 on the dial when I was picking up bread for lunch from the local bakery. How is this for bad retail skills – I asked how her day was and she replied “busier then she would like” mmmm How does that make a customer feel.
I am going to look after a market stand tomorrow of a colleague – should be fun with Turmeric gear – good for your health
