Lost 10 kgs in the last couple months

Yesterday I went to Ashley for a new work out plan – I was loosing a kilo a week now I am only down to about couple hundred grams a week.  Time for a change – so new excercise plan – a fair bit of TRX this time.  I had a bit of a seasion with him yesterday and man I am hurting today.

TRX style Push ups – pull ups – jump squats (ouch!) plus a good work out
