Time to head to the Gym and try out my new work out
2/03/16 Update – 2nd session of my new work out phew man oh man it is a tough one. Was feeling a bit dooey……
But got there and smashed it out – TRX – x Trainer – rowing with weights – planks and treadmill
Dont think my thighs are going to like me
