Gym Time – Fat Free

Bike RPM HW 3.08.16Treadmill Thursday

1st of August 2016

Morning all – here we are August already woo hoo Summer is just around the corner

Over the last couple of months I have managed to not put on weight, loose a kilo or so, maintain a level of fitness, bought a Garmin VivoActive HR.

So whats going on – Eating is ok – I don’t eat take away at all, no more Iced Coffees, Icecream and wine only on weekends, Protein shake for Breaky week days.  Hit the gym 4 days a week.

I am pretty happy with my fitness level – working upgrading this for my sport of Windsurfing.  Currently I am hitting the gym 4 mornings a week 2 x RPM sessions, 1 x Pump (weights) session and 1 x Morgan’s workout.

I am staying under the 100kgs which is great, I haven’t been under 100 for over 5 years in fact I was 110+ kilos for some time.  Crikey!…….110 now that was fat

Ok so lets get ready for this weeks gym fun

    Wednesday Morning RPM

505 cals burnt according to Garmin – nice

Holy Dooley does seeing stars mean I was working to the max?????
I think so and no Doctor required lol
Ashley took the class today a really nice Trainer who pushed us to our limits – he is very good at that, and always good entertainment – he keeps a smile on our faces.

What motivates me mostly is when I am finding it hard to stay with it I close my eyes and picture that I am on the plane (windsurfing) and blasting along. The intensity feels a bit the same especially when we are doing a sprint.

Great session and again it is work time
    Have fun everyone

    Hooroo
