Gym Saturday

Got to the Gym Saturday woo hoo – I like going to the gym I just do not understand why it is so hard to get the motivation to go.  I am a fat bastard and over 50 with asthma and seriously need to get to the gym more.

I did get to the gym Saturday how good is that – cross trainer for 15 mins, 3 lots of 20 crunches, 3 x 1 min planks  and finished by 20 mins on the treadmill at 6 with 3 intervals of 10 by 2 minutes.  Did it tough but felt good that I made it.  Felt good about myself, felt good physically and proud of myself for getting to the gym Saturday.
