Gym or not to Gym

This week the computer has been at the computer hospital – missed my posts

Had a great week end out with friends to the island Saturday night and got up to all sorts of activities walking, dancing and a few drinks had a really good time. Sunday had a great windsurf at Wellington Point – the best sail this season so far by far 🙂

Been a week of it – didn’t press start on my Garmin at Pump on Tuesday was a good session with Lorrillie – Nice

Wednesday was a bit crook – recon it was a bit of food poisoning from dinner I had out on Saturday night when we were away – pork neck very pink in parts and only just warm brrrrrrr – I should have sent it back.

Thursday weigh in day 99.5 kilos down a tiny bit doesn’t matter – down is down and under 100 kilos is important

Today I attended the body step class and kind of kept up with them – man what a work out

    Well after step yesterday – I did it a little tough to get up to 6k in under 45mins Crikey – didn’t make it but got close 45.6 mind. Have to learn to push harder!!!!

    Forgot to turn Garmin on first half so life fitness says 602 cals – they are usually pretty close with there readings i think.

    Hope everyone is getting to the gym or exercising in any way that is comfortable to you. The important thing is that you are doing something for you…..:-)
