Gym, Gym or not to Gym was the question this morning

Yep made it to Pump 101 with Janeece and a new release still shaking – well Garmin wasn’t too impressed says I only burnt 391 Calories heart rate reached 133 bpm – stone the crows – that is just a walk in the park.  Knees seemed to be playing up a bit this morning – that is unusual – they haven’t done that in a while. Will have to have some turmeric at night for a while see if that helps.

Wednesday RPM with Janeece – how weird was that – Janeece is Pump class instructor extraordinaire. She was tough on the bike thingo

I smashed out according to Garmin 844 calories Woo Hoo sounds good with max heart rate of 152 bpm – now that has to be good for you yeah???

Thursday sleep in day – was going to go and have a little work out this morning like the sprints on rowing machine, with some pushups,  TRX to start strengthening my back, shoulders and forearms for windsurfing and a short walk or run if my foot is up for it. But…. needed the sleep in spent half the night awake stressed about work issues that I had yesterday –

Friday RPM with Matt

Yep that is what it was this morning 45 mins of Hi Intensity working on the Bike thingo burnt a garmin 734 cals and max HR 148 bpm. Is it getting any easier – yeah I think so – he was nice to us today with a lot of small breaks –  whereas Janeece didn’t give many breaks at all – difference in Cals, but very little in Heart rate.

Man has got to have rocks in his head to do a big work out on Friday with a huge day of work out in the hot sun – looking like 30 odd degrees again today. Just have to think about the Calories I am burning. It has been a good week turmeric first thing – glass of juice then off for  exercising in the mornings.
