I don’t know what’s happening here gym for an hour and home by six. Really didn’t feel like going, I guess waking up at 4 am – what the hell is that all about didn’t want to get up til at least 4.15am. Starting work early for a couple of days funny that worked late last night too. And it took some to get started….. but once going I was away. And now I feel good smile emoticon
Normal routine xtrainer – bike thing and treadmill. Probs should mix it up at least put a weights component into my weekly workout. They said there was going to be a complementary PE session when I signed up.
What is good gym exercise for windsurfing?

12/06/2015 – Gym again this morning – got there a bit late 5.10am so missed out on my xtrainer 10 mins. Oh well….. made up for it a bit on the bike thing 15mins on it and burnt 130cals and the treadmill 20 mins 260cals – I discovered the level buttons and upped them on both from 4 to 5
