Got to the Gym Three times in four days

Phew…. it’s done another morning at the gym – this could become a habit. Feel better even after only one week. This morning I managed to up the pace on the cross trainer and the treadmill instead of 4 one minute intervals at 10 I did 2 one minute at 10, 1 and a half at 11 and a two minute stint at 10 – Nice Feeling better within myself ๐Ÿ™‚

It all started when I went in a windsurfing race last Sunday at Shearwater on the Gold Coast. ย Last Sunday and discovered how unfit I really am so game on – to the gym to get fitter so I can windsurf longer.
