Garmin says I burnt over 500 cals
Last night must have spent the day sitting badly at the computer by the end of the day I had a bad headache and sore back – was ridiculous. Time for some Turmeric – so I mixed up a batch and seemed to relieve the aches within 20mins.
Time to get organised and head to the gym – 5.08am and I need to leave at 5.15am to get a bike – see you on the other side

That was a cracker of a work out – Garmin says smashed down 658 calories and heart rate max 161 bpm
Way to go – lots of standing on the peddles this morning and puffed me out for sure
Working hard to stay as fit as I can – lung problems and stuff are trying to hold me back – but that is not going to happen!!!! I have to keep some fitness for my sport of windsurfing otherwise it gets scary out there on the water not being able to breath. Can’t take my puffer thing out there with me……….and for my kids 🙂
Thursday is a lay day/morning (still have to go to work)
Get to sleep in this morning – cool bananas made it to 5.15 Woo Hoo Nice
Need to get motivated and do more exercise – planning on going windsurfing on Saturday after the markets

No 6k Friday foot still sore – speaking with a nice lady at the gym this morning – she was saying that it may be at least 3 months before I can get back to running WHOA!!!
Left my Garmin on for a little while after class and it says burnt 1014 Calories and max heart rate 165 bpm – that is what we are talking about…..SMASHING IT
Weighed myself this morning and 101.25 kilos Blahhhhhh
Big day at work today – on my feet out in the sun all day 30 degrees that should burn some calories 🙂
