Another day at the Gym 15/06/2015

How good is that another day training at the gym – AND IT’S A MONDAY!!!!
I wonder how many people get to the gym on a Monday – I have two motivations for going to the gym.  For some reason Monday is seems to be the hardest day of the week to get the motivation to get there – Yeah
I pushed a bit harder today because no windsurfing on the week end – Saturday you wouldn’t believe it got completely set up carried the board to the beach at RQ and the wind died.  Sunday there just wasn’t any wind and we are looking for a new van a bigger one to fit our gear in and to set up a small office for work – Ford Transit or Mercedes sprinter – so had to spend some time looking and test driving.  Took an ex Ambulance 2008 model v6 for a test drive and it went beautifully, but when I gave it a decent boot full from a standing start to 80k it seemed to loose automatic gears and I had to operate it in like manual mode for some time before it went back into auto mode.  Maybe I touched something – Of coarse it was one we really liked – Anyone have any ideas?????
1- is my health x smoker so lungs are fairly ordinary according to the Docs – so have to keep them going and exercising and 2 the main motivating reason at the moment is I have found a passion for windsurfing – a very physical sport.
Monday – x trainer 90cals 10 mins – bike thing 100cals 10mins and treadmill 290cals 23mins. 🙂
Tuesday – x trainer 80cals 10mins – bike thing 95cals 10mins and Treadmill 310 23mins 🙂
Nearly talked my way out of it this morning but glad I went now

    Hi Marc, I m 19 and only have time to workout 2x a week, and have been working out for around a 6 months without any huge results. I do upper body only and spend around 50 mins in the gym doing about 9 workouts. I m mainly focusing on building mass, and gaining weight right now. Would you recommend I stay with full body routines or switch to split?
