Just spent a week at Lake Cootharaba near Noosa in Queesland Australia. What a glorious week it was 🙂
I was hoping for some wind to work those calories seeing as though I am loosing so much weight but not so lucky. The days were beautiful and had to practice some Gybing on my windsurfing board- yep that will burn some calories. Took my GPS to see how far – as I still had to do my 6k Friday – smashed it most days doing something like 14ks on the water. Ohh feel that Calorie burn 🙂
Also did some supping which I really enjoy and it makes for really good exercise.
Interesting what happens to weight lose when you miss the gym for over a week…….better go weigh myself.
Prior to Holidays I weighed in at an all time low since my 20’s of 96 kilos NICE 🙂
After Holidays 97k…… well seem to have put on a Kilo that sux a bit – but a couple of days ago I managed to twist my ankle and with that went any exercise whilst on holidays…
I will still go to the gym and work the upper body in the hope I can still burn as many calories
