A great start to the week

Hit the gym and smashed out a pump class this  morning 45 mins of up to 900 reps Charise says – phew not that is a work out.

I tried to keep the weights up a bit and nearly made it all the way probs about 90% not bad

How are you going at the gym – anyone else smashing out pump class or working weights on their own?

    Another RPM class smashed with Mel and again she managed to get me motivated —– so motivated that I ended up seeing stars — that counts yeah………………………..:-)

    Why do I go to the gym – to get fit for windsurfing – to loose weight – to get fit and have the stamina and energy to work hard and for long hours – to try and stay attractive for my beautiful wife – so I can say I go to the gym 3 to 4 days a week – look good for the ladies lol not possible I thing that ship has sailed – it’s good for the head
    What ever your reason for going to the gym – just get it done

    6K Friday done and dusted

    Another fine workout done – 6k and 600 cals nice one happy days

    Nearly talked myself out of it this morning – but resisted the temptation to sleep in til 5.30 ohh that is ridiculous to call 5.30am a sleep in Crikey mate!
    Got to the gym around 5.30am and straight to the treadmill and get started – felt pretty good this morning – I wonder if it the turmeric powder I am having working its magic, must be. Felt better this morning getting on the treadmill than I have for a long time – even managed to get a full ten minute run in at 9.5 on the dial – sorted
