Happy Tuesday Gym Day for us – here we go again.
On the week end I was lucky enough to get out on the water and have a windsurf but man that is hard work – thought I had relatively good fitness but was huffing and puffing the whole time. Spent about 1.5 hours on the water.
- Pretty standard today with a start on the Xtrainer 90Cal 10 mins
- Rowing machine 15mins 2.6k and 150 cals
- Punching bag thing with elastic floor to ceiling 5 mins
- Bike thingo 160cals and 8 k
Spotted this guy doing what he called tbar row looks really good for windsurfing – Might give it a go Tomoz as Wednesday is work out day

Man sometimes it is really hard to get up at 4am to wake up, get ready and go to the gym – I was very tired and just had to get another hour’s sleep.
That meant gym time over for this morning.
Tomorrow is another day
What happened to Wednesday’s post – have to go to work will update as it was a great session
Wednesday I tried something new
Warmed up on the Xtrainer
t Bar Row 20kgs
wall sit – 1 min x 3
Leg pull ups
bicep curl with push down tricep machine
Sit down leg curl – bosa ball push up – struggled and didn’t quite make 3 sets of 12
Treadmill for cool down
was a bit tough
Friday – didn’t make it to the Gym – I am in gym limbo
I have moved and rather than driving all the way to my old gym need to have a go at some local gyms
I am going to try a couple – good life and Health works i will get a five day trial at both and evaluate which one
We shall see
